Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into four wedges. toss the wedges with the oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt, before laying the pieces on a baking sheet. Bake sweet potato wedges for 35 to 45 minutes, until they’re browned on the outside and tender all the way through. This recipe makes approximately 4 servings.
